NanoBear Pet is a proudly Canadian small business, born from passion, experience, and a deep love for small animals. As long-time ferret owners with over a decade of hands-on experience, we became increasingly aware of the lack of quality accessories available for small pets across Canada. Frustrated by the limited selection in both retail and online stores, and the high costs of importing from abroad, we decided it was time to fill the gap ourselves.
In November 2022, NanoBear Pet was launched.
Named after our beloved ferrets, Nano and Bear, our brand is dedicated to creating high-quality, handmade accessories. We began our journey at local craft fairs and markets, offering unique products such as bonding scarves, bonding pouches, and customizable bandanas and bows crafted with both pets and their humans in mind. Although we specialized in small pet accessories, but we believe in inclusivity and have expanded some of our collections to range from "nano-sized" small pets to our larger, "bear-sized," animal companions.
Our mission is to enhance the lives of small pets and their owners by providing safe, stylish, and functional accessories that foster comfort and connection. As we continue to grow, NanoBear Pet remains committed to thoughtful design, exceptional customer service, and expanding access to quality products in this often-overlooked niche of the pet market.
